A. WIDE-RANGING RECRUITMENT AGENCY SERVICE

B. SYSTEM-BASED WORKER SELECTION

- Searches candidates resumes from our recruitment agency's computerized manpower pool and matches it with client specifications.
- Sends to client detailed CV's containing personal, educational and work/shipboard credentials by e-mail, fax or courier for evaluation and approval.
- Clarifications, if any, are facilitated between the customer and our recruitment agency through e-mail, fax or telephone.
- Hires and finalizes contract of workers who were approved by the employer and who passed the medical examinations.
C. BRIEFING / ORIENTATION
Thus, every selected shipboard personnel, worker going overseas has to undergo our recruitment agency's thorough orientation on terms of employment, job requirements, client's organization and company policies, working conditions onshore and offshore, local customs & traditions and other applicable laws. F. DOCUMENTS NEEDED FOR POEA ACCREDITATION
1. SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY
The SPA authorizes our recruitment agency to recruit, hire and mobilize Filipino seafarers, workers for the vessel/project of the customer/principal. It also authorizes our recruitment agency to represent the client with Philippine government agencies concerned with processing of overseas manpower including the legal formalities related to it.
2. MANNING AGREEMENT / SERVICE AGREEMENT
This is the manning and / or recruiting agreement between the principal/customer and our recruitment agency. It defines the scope of work of the parties and covers other terms & conditions such us recruiting, processing and mobilization of workers, plane tickets, visa requirements, the fees and commercial arrangement, among others.
3. CREW COMPLEMENT / JOB ORDER
This is the manpower order and or requirements originated by the principal/customer indicating the positions, the number of seafarers/workers needed, their salaries and also provisions. This will be authenticated by the labor attache of the Philippine Embassy at the country of employment.
4. BUSINESS / COMMERCIAL REGISTRATION
This is the business registration or license of the customer or principal, which puts on record with the POEA that the principal exists as a business organization.
5. EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT
A sample of the Employment Contract of worker is prepared, usually patterned with existing models of POEA, dovetailed with the terms and conditions of the customer-employer.
6. PROOF OF PROJECT
Any document that supports the existence of a project can be presented for POEA purposes to mention ships or vessels particulars which is applicable for sea-based project.
