The Board of Directors of NOTRE DAME OILFIELDS MARITIME SERVICES, INC. is a team of highly professional Senior Management people, enriched with vast knowledge in shipping and hold decades of rounded experience in their core profession. Our team operates on an independently designed management style directed towards growth, progress and profitability. NOTRE DAME's values are conservative and hence enjoy long trajectories of growth in all the projects that our company embarks upon. There are well defined set of "key business areas" which are constantly reviewed and nurtured by our management.

The Board is quick in decision making and upholds highest values of sound business practices and ethics at all times. Futuristic business programs embracing modern management technology and skills are some of the spot lights in the road map of NOTRE DAME. Current focus is to build up NOTRE DAME's asset base or fleet in terms of service. The Board of Directors is ably assisted by team of hard working and pro-active staffs who speaks the same language of service, quality and professional values. In other words, we are completely "HANDS ON".

 

TERESITA B. DIPON
Chairperson of the Board of Directors

Ms. Tess is the Chairperson of the Board of Directors and the Chief Executive Officer of the general management and overall operations of our company. Her primordial responsibilities include strategic corporate planning strategy, sustained profitability and long term growth.

Before being elected as NOTRE DAME OILFIELDS MARITIME SERVICES, INC. Chairperson of the Board, she worked as Accountant and Executive Secretary of a shipping company. Formerly, she was connected for nearly half a decade with a shipping company where she rose from the ranks. Aside from her remarkable experience in the field of shipping, she is also a successful entrepreneur in the seafoods business since 1983 to the present.

She graduated at Notre Dame University in Cotabato City with Bachelor of Science in Commerce degree major in Accounting. She was a member of the Board of Directors of Notre Dame University Alumni Association, Metro Manila Unit for two (2) terms. She attended the Pre-Licensing Orientation Seminar for Executive Officers conducted by the Philippine Overseas Employment Administration.

 

REBECCA B. BERNALES
Director, President, Chief Finance Officer and QMR

Ms. Becky is the President, Chief Finance Officer and QMR of NOTRE DAME OILFIELDS MARITIME SERVICES, INC. whose main responsibilities include supervising, accounting, finance and administration. She sits on the Board of Directors and is a member of the Executive Committee. She is also responsible for payroll, cost and general accounting.

As QMR she handles the creation, audit / evaluation, revision, reporting and maintenance of the Company's ISO 9001:2008-certified Quality Management System, including its procedures, policies, forms, and other related systems and documents.

She worked as Accountant / Administrative Officer and Sales Manager in Brunei Darussalam from 1988 to 2001. Before pursuing her overseas career, she worked as Operations Cost Controller of The Quezon City Sports Club, Inc. and as Internal Auditor of the V.C. Ponce Group of Companies.

She is a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Commerce major in both Accounting and Banking and Finance at Notre Dame University in Cotabato City and attended the MBA Program of De La Salle University. She has specialized seminars in the course of her financial career which included Taxation. She is a Certified Public Accountant.

 

MA. DAPHNE B. BIGCAS
Director, Vice-President and Treasurer

Ms. Daphne is the Vice President & Treasurer and Board of Director and a member of the Executive Committee of NOTRE DAME OILFIELDS MARITIME SERVICES, INC.

She works as International Coordinator whose main job is to coordinate international and local conventions, retreats and workshops at World Pranic Healing Foundation(WPHF), Inc.

She is a graduate of Two (2) years Computer Secretarial Course at Far Eastern University (FEU) of Manila. She took Career Enhancement on Computer Secretarial Course at Cora Doloroso Career Center at Cubao Quezon City, English Proficiency Course at Speechpower, Inc.

 

 

ROLANDO B. DOMINICATA
Director, Corporate Secretary and Legal Officer

Mr. Rollie is the Corporate Secretary, Legal Officer, a Board of Director and part of the Executive Committee of NOTRE DAME OILFIELDS MARITIME SERVICES, INC.

He spent a total of eighteen years at the bank. He started his career at the First Insular Bank of Cebu as a (new accounts, savings account and current accounts) clerk. He moved to Insular Bank of Asia and America as Internal Auditor, Systems Analyst and Administrative Assistant to the Branch Banking - Northern Division. He joined the Philippine Commercial International Bank as Cashier of Main Office Branch, and Administrative Assistant to the Branch Banking Head-Luzon Branches.

He is a Bachelor of Science in Commerce - Accounting graduate at the Honors' Course of Notre Dame University. He completed his Master in Business Administration at the Ateneo de Manila University-Graduate School of Business. He obtained his Bachelor of Laws at the Arellano University - School of Law.

 

CAPTAIN IGNACIO M. RESANO
Port Captain

Captain Resano is the Port Captain of NOTRE DAME OILFIELDS MARITIME SERVICES, INC. A recognized master craftsman in this specific profession.

He served as Master Mariner for Magsaysay Manpower Inc. from 1990 to 1995; for Career Philippines Shipmanagement from 1995 to 1996; and for Orophil Shipping International Company, Inc. from 1996 to 2004.

He became Port Captain of Orophil Shipping International Company, Inc. from 2005 to 2008 and was appointed Senior Port Captain in 2009 until he resigned in January 2010. He joined this agency right after his resignation.

A graduate of Associate in Nautical Science at Iloilo Maritime Academy in 1971. He took his two-year apprenticeship requirement at Luzon Stevedoring Corporation wherein after several months, he was promoted to 3rd Mate Jr. and handled said position until he completed his apprenticeship course.

He passed the 3rd Mate License Examination in 1974; 2nd Mate License Exam in 1976; Chief Mate License exam on 1979; and Master Licensure exam in 1982. He is already a holder of a Master Mariner License at a very young age. It is the highest level of professional qualification amongst mariners.
